What is the difference between the limited edition prints and original paintings?

Original paintings are one of a kind in its design and size, hand-painted by the artist.

Each of our prints are reproductions of the original painting with a limited edition of 50 numbered copies for each size. This means that only 50 of the prints will be created for each size, and each collector will receive a certificate of authenticity.

No print is of the same size as the original painting.

Are the prints that say ‘sold out’ online going to come back into stock?

All prints are limited edition, therefore only 50 (unless otherwise stated), in style and size, will ever be printed of any of the designs. If the website states that the piece is sold out, this means all 50 pieces are now sold and will not be restocked.

New prints and original pieces will be added to the website over the coming months. Sign up for the newsletter to get exclusive news and updates on new releases.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Please note processing time may take 7-10 business days. For orders that haven’t shipped, you can email hello@strokesofidentity.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
If your order has already shipped, check your shipping notification email for a tracking link to get the most up to date information on your order’s arrival.

How do I cancel or make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel it online within 24 hours of placing it and resubmit a new order. Need help? Contact us at hello@strokesofidentity.com

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! We offer gift packaging or personal messaging on shipments. Notify us at hello@strokesofidentity.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the following: United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Nigeria, France, South Africa, Ghana, Italy, Ireland, Spain, United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, China, India, United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Poland, Philippines. Additional locations will be added upon interest and request.
