Standard shipping on all US orders are FREE

(2-7 business days)

Expedited Shipping on all US orders cost $10

(1-3 business days)

Canada shipping cost $20

(7-14 business days)

International shipping cost $25

(7-14 business days)

These options are listed at check out. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Nigeria, France, South Africa, Ghana, Italy, Ireland, Spain, United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, China, India, United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Poland, Philippines.

Additional countries will be available upon interest and request.


DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAX?

Please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government.

Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

The Fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:

  • The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture

  • The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to

  • VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping

  • Select countries will be able to view the total amount of applicable fees, duties and tax/VAT for your order during the checkout process

YOUR PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that eventually have never arrived even though the tracking shows that the package was delivered.

We are also not responsible for packages that get lost in the hands of the courier. If this is the case we will start an investigation and try our best to find a solution.

We also not responsible for packages that get lost in front of the door. 

Please be aware that the shipping time might be effected due to the current pandemic. Please stay patient. 

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be charged the return shipping fee PLUS the re-shipment fee.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard processing time, which may take 7-10 business days.
